Christ "Wet Beard" Orthodox Icon

This icon is a rare version of "Not Made With Hands" and is different in that it is painted without the cloth. The title of "wet beard" comes from the Savior's beard ending in two double points. Classically this icon has belonged almost exclusively to the Russian tradition.
