SANCTUM BLOOM is a NOIRICORN eyeshadow palette created in collaboration with @easy.ber. Its Southern Gothic-inspired color story combines muted taupes, dusty roses and mauves with deeper plums, electric violets, oxidized golds and midnight teals.
